What are the shipping costs?  
PLAYDUD3 offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.
 

How will my order be delivered?  
Your order will be shipped as a parcel free of charge via the most efficient method.
 

How long will it take to receive my order?  
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. For the most accurate delivery time for your specific product, please refer to the product page. If you order items with varying delivery times, the overall delivery time will be based on the product with the longest processing time.  
For international deliveries, please note that longer shipping times may apply.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?  
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate delivery requests for specific dates.
All orders are processed in the order they are received.

What payment options are available? 
At checkout, you can choose from the following payment methods:

How will I receive the invoice for my order? 
The invoice will be included in your delivery in paper form, even if you’ve specified a different shipping address.  
If you’ve misplaced your invoice, please contact us via the contact form with your order number. If you have a customer account, you can also download your invoice directly from your account.
